1. No Refunds Once a Campaign Has Started
Once a campaign has been approved and launched, all payments are final and non-refundable. Clients cannot request a refund after a campaign has started, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
Changing their mind
Unsatisfactory performance
Budgetary changes
Business strategy shifts
By submitting a campaign and making payment, clients acknowledge and agree that they are fully committed to the campaign, and funds will not be returned under any circumstances.
2. No Partial Refunds for Ongoing Campaigns
If a campaign is paused, terminated, or not fully utilized for any reason, the remaining balance is not eligible for a refund. Once funds are allocated to a campaign, they are considered spent and cannot be reclaimed.
3. Deposits and Prepayments Are Non-Refundable
All initial deposits, setup fees, and prepayments are non-refundable. These fees cover strategic planning, expert coordination, and platform operations, which commence as soon as payment is received.
4. Exceptions (if applicable)
Presspool.ai only considers refunds in cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges). Any such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.
5. Client Responsibility Acknowledgment
By making a payment and launching a campaign, the client:
✅ Confirms they have reviewed and approved their campaign details before launch.
✅ Acknowledges that campaign funds are fully committed upon launch.
✅ Understands that results may vary and that Presspool.ai does not guarantee specific outcomes.
