User Registration

You may be required to register with Presspool.ai to access certain services or areas of the site. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant you, and you may not use, a username or email address that is already being used by someone else, that may be construed as impersonating another person, that belongs to another person, that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person, that is offensive, or that we reject for any other reason in our sole discretion. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including the password.

Billing Policy

When you use Presspool.ai’s services, you agree to our Billing Policy as outlined below:

1. Wallet Funding Requirement:
Before launching any campaign, you are required to fund your Presspool.ai wallet with a sufficient balance to cover the anticipated costs of your campaign. No campaign will be activated until the required funds are deposited.

2. Usage-Based Billing:
Presspool.ai operates on a results-based model. Funds will only be deducted from your wallet as verified clicks or impressions are delivered, ensuring you are charged based solely on performance. Any unused funds in your wallet will remain available for future campaigns or may be refunded upon request, subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Commitment to Pay:
By funding your wallet, you are entering into a binding agreement and affirm that you are authorized to provide such funds. You agree to pay all charges incurred through the platform, including any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges.

4. Wallet Management:
You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance in your wallet to ensure uninterrupted campaign performance. If your wallet balance runs out, campaigns will pause automatically until additional funds are deposited.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. Presspool.ai also reserves the right to dispute chargeback claims we believe are without merit, and you agree to cooperate with us in resolving any disputes with your bank or credit card company.

6. Refunds:
Refunds for unused wallet balances may be requested at any time. However, refunds are subject to review to ensure there are no outstanding disputes or ongoing campaigns associated with the account.

7. Service Interruptions for Non-Payment:
If your wallet balance is insufficient and campaigns are paused for more than 10 days, Presspool.ai reserves the right to deactivate your account.

8. Fee for Reinstatement:
If your account is suspended or deactivated for insufficient funds or payment disputes, we may impose a reinstatement fee to restore your account access.

9. Acknowledgment of Terms:
By using Presspool.ai’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Billing Policy and agree to its terms.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Services at any time following completion of your agreed upon campaign obligations. For detailed information on the terms and conditions for service cancellation, please review our Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. To understand the conditions and procedures for obtaining a refund, please read our Refund Policy.

User Conduct

You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the Services. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access or use the Services.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services remains the exclusive property of the client or its licensors. By using our Services, you grant Presspool.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, and share the content solely for the purposes of facilitating campaigns, distributing to publishers, and conducting marketing or sales activities.

Presspool.ai may also share or promote the content through its network, website, or social media for promotional purposes, with appropriate attribution to the client.

Clients retain full ownership of their content, and no further rights are transferred to Presspool.ai or its partners unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Presspool.ai disclaims all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. You should consult with a professional if you rely on information provided by the service.

Limitation of Liability

Presspool.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these ToS, without prior notice, by posting the updated terms on the site. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.
