Thank you for using Presspool.ai. We understand that your marketing needs may evolve, and we strive to make the cancellation process transparent and fair for all parties involved. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services or campaigns with Presspool.ai.
1. How to Cancel Your Service
To cancel your Presspool.ai service or campaign:
Submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard under Account Settings.
Alternatively, contact our support team directly at support@presspool.ai with your account details and the reason for cancellation.
All cancellation requests must include:
Your full name
Account email
Campaign ID (if applicable)
Reason for cancellation
This ensures accurate and timely processing.
2. Timing of Cancellation
Cancellation requests are effective only after review and confirmation by Presspool.ai.
If your campaign is still in “Draft” status, it may be canceled immediately with no further billing.
If your campaign is “Active” or “Paused,” cancellation takes effect after all existing publisher assignments and billing obligations have been fulfilled.
To avoid unintended billing, submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before the next scheduled charge or billing event.
3. Mid-Campaign Cancellations & Pause Requests
Pausing or canceling a campaign mid-flight does not terminate financial responsibility for verified results or committed publisher work.
By using Presspool.ai, you acknowledge and agree that:
Any verified clicks, impressions, or publisher deliverables generated prior to official cancellation confirmation remain fully billable.
Pause requests are treated as temporary holds, not cancellations.
You remain responsible for payment of any active or scheduled assignments already coordinated prior to the pause request.
4. Final Billing
Your final invoice or charge will include:
All verified clicks and impressions up to the effective cancellation date, and
Any outstanding balances associated with active publisher assignments.
After final billing is complete, no further charges will be applied to your account.
5. No Refunds for Partial Use
Presspool.ai does not issue refunds for partial campaign periods or partially delivered services.
Charges for verified clicks, impressions, or deliverables are final once recorded.
If your campaign is canceled mid-cycle, no credits or prorated refunds will be provided.

6. Wallet vs. Post-Pay Cancellations
If your campaign is funded by:
(a) Wallet Funds:
Funds allocated to active campaigns are non-refundable.
Unused wallet balances (not committed to a campaign) may be refunded upon written request.
(b) Linked Payment Method (Post-Pay):
Daily verified click charges may continue until cancellation is confirmed and active assignments are complete.
Your payment method will be billed automatically for any remaining verified usage.
7. Responsibility for Cancellation
You are responsible for securing and exporting any campaign data or content prior to cancellation.
Presspool.ai is not responsible for data loss or access issues after cancellation takes effect.
8. Account Reactivation
You may reactivate your account or relaunch campaigns at any time after cancellation, subject to current terms, pricing, and platform availability.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Presspool.ai reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
